Ninesen8205 is widely used in machining processes such as cutting, deep - hole drilling, tapping, drawing, grinding, and honing of high - hardness and difficult - to - machine metal workpieces. It has excellent compatibility with base oils such as hydrogenated mineral oil, PAO, and synthetic esters. Introduction:
At a dosage of 3.0 - 5.0% (wt), Ninesen®8205 additive package is suitable for formulating oils used in the metal processing of alloy steel, tool steel, carbon steel, cast iron, titanium alloy, etc. It can be applied to various working conditions such as micro - cutting, deep - hole drilling, tapping, drawing, extreme - pressure honing, etc., including deep - hole processing technologies like gun - drilling, BTA drilling or jet - suction drilling, as well as gear processing, thread processing, broaching, reaming, high - extreme - pressure forming, etc.
Ninesen®8205 additive package is suitable for the preparation of lubricants for high - precision metal processing technologies such as high - speed grinding and heavy - duty grinding. It has excellent compatibility with PAO, white oil, mineral oil, and synthetic esters. It features excellent tribological and antioxidant properties, a higher grinding ratio, good filterability, and a low tendency to form bubbles. It is widely used in processes such as groove grinding, internal - diameter grinding, profile grinding, finish grinding, and honing operations, and can provide excellent surface quality of the processed parts. The recommended dosage is 2.0% - 4.0% (wt).
Ninesen®8205 meets the requirements of green environmental protection. It is odorless, biodegradable, and chlorine - free.
