Ninesen®7128 Emulsified oil additive package is widely used in the cutting processing of various metal materials such as cast iron, carbon steel, copper alloys, aluminum alloys, and magnesium alloys. It can provide excellent anti - rust and lubrication protection for workpieces, machine tools, and cutting tools. At a dosage of 15.0 - 18.0% (wt), it has excellent compatibility with API Group I base oils (such as 150SN) and some API Group II base oils.

Emulsified oil additive package
Introduction
Ninesen®7128 Emulsified oil additive package is mainly used for the preparation of emulsified cutting fluids in the metal processing industry. It has excellent compatibility with API Group I base oils (such as 150SN) and some API Group II base oils. At a dosage of 15.0 - 18.0% (wt), the emulsified processing fluid diluted with water can be applied to the cutting of various metal materials such as cast iron, carbon steel, copper alloys, aluminum alloys, and magnesium alloys. Meanwhile, it provides excellent anti - rust and lubrication protection for machine tools and cutting tools. Ninesen®7128 emulsified oil compound additive adopts an environmentally friendly formula. The prepared coolant is not prone to deterioration and will not cause pollution or harm to the environment and operators.
