Introduction:
Ninesen®G9025 is an additive composite package formed by scientifically compounding multiple functional additives,with high pressure sulfurized olefins T321A has excellent synergistic effect.Different amounts of additives can be used to prepare high-quality gear lubricant products of various specifications such as API GL-5, GL-4, L-CKD, L-CKC, as well as specialized gear lubricant products for wind power generation equipment, railway locomotive traction gears, and other equipment. Ninesen®G9025 Compared with high pressure sulfurized olefins T321A combination has excellent compatibility in API I, II, III, and IV base oils, and the prepared products can meet the requirements of standards and specifications such as GB13895, J-2360, MIL-PRF-2105D/E, USS224, GB5903, etc.Ninesen®G9025 Simplified the process of gear oil blending, procurement and identification of various additives, formula design and other tedious steps, significant cost and quality advantages can be obtained.
Meeting the proportion condition of 30 - 20% (wt) of Ninesen®G9025 and 70 - 80% (wt) of high - pressure process sulfurized olefin T321A, the additive mixture (i.e., the compound additive) can be pre - mixed and prepared, or the gear oil can be directly prepared according to this proportion.
